How Our Home Call-Out Service Works
1️⃣ Choose the repair you require
2️⃣ Select a date for your home call-out service
3️⃣ We’ll book your job into our system
4️⃣ You’ll receive a text message with instructions on how to pay your £10 deposit
5️⃣ The remaining balance is paid once the job is complete
We aim to collect your device around 8.30am and we aim to drop off around 6.00pm the same day (please bear in mind each repair is different. Not all repairs can be done on the same day - please ask a staff member via WhatsApp if you're unsure or need clarification)
Important Information

Please ensure you provide a valid contact number, as we will need to contact you regarding your booking.

Bookings will be cancelled if no deposit is received.

Deposits must be paid within 12 hours of making your booking.

Please wait for a text message with payment instructions (this can take up to 1 hour).

Saturday Bookings: We don't offer the collection service on a Saturday
Call Out Charges & Refunds
🚗 Home Call-Out Services in Selby and nearby villages are FREE of charge.

If you need to change your appointment date or time, please give us at least 1 hour’s notice before your scheduled slot.

If we attend your address and:
-
no one is present, or
-
we’re unable to carry out the service due to 'incorrect' or 'incomplete' information,
your deposit will be non-refundable and will be used to cover our costs.
