Call Out Terms & Conditions          (please read before booking)

Changing your appointment and Saturday bookings
If for any reason you need to amend or change your appointment date or time, please give us 1 hours notice prior to your appointment. If we attend your address and no one is present or we're not able to carry out the repair due to inaccurate information, your pre-payment deposit will be non-refundable and will be used to cover our costs. All Call Out Collection times are between 8.45am & 9.15am
** WE CAN'T OFFER  THE 'HOME CALL OUT SERVICE' FOR SATURDAYS **

Payments

  • We ask for a £10 deposit on all call-outs. This will be deducted from your final invoice on the day of your service.

  • The call-out fee is on top of your repair price. (Call out costs depend on the area of York you live in which can be found by clicking on the button below)
